I enjoyed the crew, it was a very cold day and I bought them hot coffee and hot lunch, as a result they finished the job in half a day :) If you can treat them to something nice it helps. Giving them access to a bathroom helps too, along with an electrical outlet. Those guys worked hard and deserve it. We tip our waiters but not our roofing guys, well all kindness makes a difference.
