"This was so bad that if I wrote out all the problems I probably wouldn't believe it. I called for a "tune up" and inspection but mistakenly mentioned my unit might be undersized. ... (they record the calls) so it was a heavy sales pitch boasting a great price when the not-service guy showed. "Only today" because it was cold and his team needed to stay busy. My unit was less than three years old. After he left I found out how incredible high his quote was and called to cancel. We renegotiated, only because they were"already in the neighborhood, ten minutes away", not true. He lied about many things including the permit. I had to file for an "after the fact" permit and I still don't have an inspection. I spent four hours cleaning up after these guys. They moved things, literally tossed them out of their way. They didn't even replace the old filter. The list goes on. As I said, I have a page long list of issues!! Only today I noted the other one star ratings. Not surprised. It's so bad that I have an alleged three year service contract. I won't call them! I don't want them back, ever."

"I first heard of this company when I was at Home Depot buying my home appliances and a guy came insisting on a Black Friday Deal “AC Tune up for only $8.88” if I could just think about how **** of a trickster this was …Never allowing this people come back inside my property again, totally scammers who will make your AC system fail, I’ve had COOL MODE WORKING PERFECTLY and my AC was giving me problems to Heating the house …inspector Ricardo who came and despite looking a good friendly person, he never finished the job on my AC pump upstairs due to “the NEST thermostat was in and out of fan”, tried charging me $380 just to do the thermostat installation, I refused and I did it myself, then there a fuse blown and he again told me it would cost $170 to simply change a “$8 fuse”!!! I refused again and as it wasnt enough now after I fixed the Fuse and Thermostat, just to find out they cut cooling system purposefully in the attempt to charge me for REPAIR, the AC fan is running and Thermostat is on Cooling mode but temperatures are reaching from 77F-85F leaving my family including my poor old grandmother suffering in the hot temperatures this entire time… THEY WANT TO RIP YOU OFF NO MERCY!!! DONT EVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS."

"My HVAC system is still under warranty. Due to the recent storms that have impacted Florida my HVAC system stopped working. I called "Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning" and they charged me $100 to have an "assessment of the unit" although I am still under warranty. They then communicated I needed a new compressor which was still under warranty. However, unless I agree to have their technician's replace the compressor they will not ship me the part. I also offered to pick-up the part since they are located nearby and they refused. For me to obtain the part that I am legally entitled to I must agree to pay their technicians $1, 729.00. This violates the warranty. This company misleads consumers and breaches the warranty contract."
