They were fantastic, they do excellent job. I would use them again and our neighbors used them too. They were fabulous. The beauty is that they called me once a year to remind me about the maintenance. It was a family business as well which is great.

Install, ok. A little over a year later needed repairing.... not heating. Last week, not cooling. They came out and did work on it, and it worked for 5 days. Now we can't get hold of them. Haven't returned our calls

Walter was great! On time and friendly, he wasn’t here long, checked the unit and said it was working fine just low on Freon. We have an older unit and other companies have tried to get us to replace it but Walter said its good and we probably have another year before we have to replace it.

The job could not have been better. He was timely and very knowledgeable. We ran into a problem with the thermostat but he was able to diagnose the issue. He went above and beyond with solving this problem. He was very pragmatic; he ran into hurdles that other AC techs would not have been able to solve but he did not give up. He is excellent from his ability to his punctuality to his customer service to his ability to explain what is going on. I got three other quotes and he saved me between $2,500 and $6,000. I think he is more into selling and installing units rather than maintaining.

AC was not working; my neighbor called Suncoast and they came over within 30 minutes; checked the entire system including electrical, compressor, all lines, and air handler. They found soffit repairmen had put a nail through the electrical and freon line! They quickly repaired the damage and replaced the freon. They were extremely fast, thorough, and professional.
