"Do not trust this company or Joe Fry! Six weeks later and we are out $412 for a repair that he has still not done. Lie upon lie, he’d set appointments and never show up, doesn’t respond to text messages or concerns, and blames it on having “new phones”. I would strongly suggest you use anyone else but this company. He is a con artist who will sell you on his “many years of experience” and “quality assurance”. It’s all a lie! Other people in our neighborhood have complained about this man. I wish I would’ve talk to them first for hiring him in the first place."
