A Plus Appliance Repair is a company I highly recommend! I called on two appliances we were having issues with on a Friday morning. They worked us in, same day, and the parts came in early, so he called on a Sunday and wanted to know if he could come and finish the job on a Monday, which was a holiday. He didn't overcharge either for the parts or service and was quick with the repair turn around!

We've used A Plus several times. Sergey and his team get the job done well and the price equals the value. We only call A Plus when we need appliances fixed.

Came same day and kept us from having to buy a new refrigerator. Always very responsive and helpful.

SERGEY IS THE BEST. We moved to Florida a few years ago. When we started having problems with our appliances, we didn't know who to call. On April of 2021, we had a problem with our refrigerator. We got a name of someone from a local appliance store. This person came 2 separate times to fixed the problem. Each time he charged us a lot of money. After the second time, the refrigerator was still not fixed. At that time we went through Angi's list. A Plus Appliance was top of the list with a 5 out of 5 good reviews. We called and this very polite man, Sergey, called us back. He came to check the refrigerator fixed it within minutes, he charged us very little money and he fixed it. In June, our dryer started making loud noises. We called Sergey of A Plus Appliances, he made an appointment to come check the dryer the next day. On that first visit, he told us he needed to order some parts. We gave him the "Ok". A few days later, he called us and made an appointment for the next day to complete the job. We left Sergey to fixed the dryer and we went in the other room. Half our later Sergey said he was done. He told us that after he lubricated the original parts and cleaned other parts of the dryer, he didn't have to replace any parts. We were stunned by his honesty. Sergey could have very easily lied to us and told us he had replaced parts without really doing it and could have charged us a great deal of money. HE DIDN'T. HE'S A VERY HONEST MAN. He charged us very little money. Needless to say, we are very happy with Sergey(1000%). From now on whenever we have problems with our appliances, we won't hesitate to call Sergey. We trust him and we definitely recommend him. THANK YOU SERGEY FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR HONESTY.

The service tec said it was unrepairable would cost to much to fix I appreciated him telling me this and I will call them again if needed.Gary Watson

We were contacted almost immediately by Sergei. We were offered a date/time within just a few days (on a Saturday which helped us). They complied with our requests for COVID precautions and the work was essentially contactless; we left our check on the dryer and they left our receipt when they took it. We cleared the car from the garage and unlocked it and the laundry room; they did everything else to gain access/clearance to work and post work restoration. They left the laundry room and garage clean and back in order (they only forgot to re-plug in the washer which is nothing). Communications to set up the visit was generally good. The price was the lowest of the two bids we got from approaching three Angie's list A-rated suppliers and was about $45 less than the second bidder. The dryer vent warning light is no longer coming on.

Sergei was on time (same day service) and very professional. He explained that due to the age of my appliance and the major cost of the repair it should be replaced. I appreciated his honesty in not recommending a repair that would not last. I have used this company before and will again. Honest, professional and affordable

Sergei showed up when he promised. He got the oven door unlocked and diagnosed the problem. It was an inexpensive thermostat. Once we agreed, he ordered the part and set the stove up so that we could use the burners, but not the oven. He returned with the part, again as scheduled, installed it and left us with a fully functional range. We would not hesitate to call him if another appliance gives us problems. He wore a mask and was very polite.

Sergei was very quick to respond. Repaired my very loud dryer the next day.

We are very, very pleased with our experience with A Plus Appliance Repair! We sent Sergei a text on a Sunday night when our refrigerator was not staying cold. He responded right away on Monday morning (we were so grateful) and came by soon after. He was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He suggested that we replace our fridge due to the high cost of repairs needed. He didn’t need to do this - he would have made far more money repairing it. He helped narrow our choices by letting us know which fridges he repairs the most. I would highly recommend Sergei for any appliance repair. He is trustworthy, ethical and excellent at what he does!

Very professional. Told me what parts were needed and the price. Parts arrived in 3 days and were installed the next.

Called 9am arrived at 2pm. Problem was clogged line. repair competed in 1.5 hours. I would highly recommend.

I called to schedule something to have my fridge looked at. After hearing the symptoms, he told me I could save money by attempting to tix myself. He was fairly sure I had some ice buildup, and suggested simply unplugging it for 24 hours and leaving the doors open. I did so, and it worked. Will keep his info for my future appliance repair needs. Appreciate the honesty and saving me the cost of a service call.
