Do not trust this company or Joe Fry! Six weeks later and we are out $412 for a repair that he has still not done. Lie upon lie, he’d set appointments and never show up, doesn’t respond to text messages or concerns, and blames it on having “new phones”. I would strongly suggest you use anyone else but this company. He is a con artist who will sell you on his “many years of experience” and “quality assurance”. It’s all a lie! Other people in our neighborhood have complained about this man. I wish I would’ve talk to them first for hiring him in the first place.

I would highly recommend you never use this company. It was one of the worst experiences with a service company in the last several years for me.

First refrigerator repair went well.  Then dryer repair wented even better.  The followup repair on same refrigerator problem seems reasonable.  Then Joe abandoned our business.  Believe it or not, I am willing to remove this negative review and put in a positive review if Joe (and Thresa) do what they originally promised.  But better hurry cause I went to another Angie's List recommended refrigerator repairman.  If he misses that window of opportunity, he can still make amends in the future.  I'm only a phone call away.

He told me the reason that it wasn't working was because there were too many suds in the dishwasher. He told me that Bosch had a different sensing system than other dishwashers, and all that we needed to do was eliminate the suds. He said that the cleaning agent that he uses was not in his truck and he would have to come back and finish the job. He came back with an envelope containing the cleaning agent and said that he was 99% sure that it was going to fix the problem; it didn't. He collected $138.03 before leaving, but on their website it says that the first service call is free. I never got a look at the envelope to know what kind of cleaning agent he used, but the most expensive kind we found online was about $12.00. My husband and I tried to eliminate the suds by running the dishwasher over and over without anything in it, and we even used vinegar which he suggested we do once per year. He said that he guarantees his work and checked the dishwasher out some more. He found that the heater was broken and needed to be replaced. He said that he would order the heater and he gave us a discount on it because we paid him up front the first time. We have not heard back from him since. You can never talk to a person, you always have to leave a message. We called him several times and were not able to speak with him. We went on a cruise and were gone for a week and when we got back there were no messages from him. My husband called again yesterday and he has not gotten back with us yet.
