The team showed up on the start date and worked straight through removing the popcorn and adding a new texture. The next morning they put Kilz and a primer on the ceiling and later that afternoon the put the final paint on. The ceiling is all repaired and looks great. I was always kept abreast of those issues, informed of what COULD be done and given their suggestions of how to rectify the problem so I could make informed decisions.
