Jose called be back right away and came over that very afternoon and told him what needed to be done. My husband had installed a sprinkler system many years ago. I have not used it in several years so a little work had been be done. I applaud Jose for his professionalism that was evident from our initial meeting and for the excellent manner in which he accomplished a not-very-easy revamp of our old and decrepit irrigation system that essentially required replacement. Jose arrived on-time and completed the irrigation installation/revamp in just 1/2 a day; remarkable given that this was not an ordinary system replacement/install. We asked Jose to be 'at the ready' pending completion of a major landscaping project and he was able to respond almost immediately by adjusting his schedule to accommodate our install. Jose was right on time, very polite and worked hard to fix our irrigation problems.

Jose was responsive and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and solved a number of problems for our system. His prices were fair and competitive. We had bowels that had to be replaced and sand that had to be purged from the entire system for our small HOA. Our system is probably equivalent to a large home and property.

Jose was punctual and introduced himself as a professional. He listened attentively to my concerns and completely each task as I directed. His knowledge and experience was reflected as he demonstrated that the sprinklers were fully functional and the watering area was completely covered. He dug up an area and showed evidence of cinch bugs habitation as he suspected. He respected my property and cleaned up the area before leaving. He went above and beyond and assisted in setting up the sprinkler timer and advised cutting down on time on the zones that covered both sides of the house where there was water stagnation.
