The job included installing outside wall sconces (making sure they fit correctly), replacing two ceiling fans, mounting two 70 inch rods into the stucco on my lanai, and installing two outside Eufy cameras. With the cameras, he walked me through the set up on my iPhone and made sure they were operational before he called it a day. He checked with me after each installation to make sure I was satisfied with the result. Lastly, he cleaned up and hauled away the discarded items. "Went beyond my expectation to repair my cypress fence and add a partial new panel. My fence was leaning and about to fall due to a palm tree pushing on it. Other contractors wanted to remove palm, or brace from my neighbors yard or just told me to save my money and get a new fence which was thousands of dollars. The other contractors made it sound impossible unless I would let them do more work than necessary. Luxury paint came in, never hesitated to fix the problem at a reasonable cost. The fence was straightened, three new posts, landscape timber at bottom and they made V around the palm with my neighbor's permission.
