I initially contacted the owner, Scott, for multiple odd jobs to get ready to sell my house and quickly found their talents to be extensive in so many areas of home repair, packing, power washing and painting including repairing/replacing damaged walls, trim, doors etc. They also applied epoxy flooring to my garage as well as replaced the attic stairs. They are flexible to help in any way possible! What is also really great about them is they will tell you honestly the best approach to correct an issue and complete the job efficiently and with quality. "Javier was very fair and reasonable. Javier was hired to stucco a front and back wall of our home that had vinyl siding. The job he was hired for turned out to be more work than realized but Javier was up for the challenge. Javier removed some vinyl siding and found a ton of rotting wood which he replaced prior to stuccoing the wall. Javier and his team worked diligently and provided reasonable cost for additional work that was needed to complete the job. Highly recommend"

"Very nice group of guys and very quick to respond and get the job done. My wife was upset with the attention to detail. Somebody washed off their tools directly on her ponytail palm and there were noticeable gaps on baseboard which were very minimal, but there. And a huge gap in light switch plate. My wife asked to fill that hole and it was caulked. We will build up wall behind light switch plate ourselves later this week. And baseboards are also an easy fix with just a little caulk. Guys were absolutely great and price was reasonable. With that being said Iâ d recommend them, but the little attention to detail was not all there."

"They did an exceptional job professionally installing drywall and Durock. The job was a rebuild after a water/mold remediation situation. They rebuilt what had been previously removed. Their work included rebuilding portions of 23 walls and 2 ceiling areas, repairing ceiling and wall areas around rebuilt electrical wiring, and miscellaneous damaged areas (holes, etc.). Their work was very professionally completed and ready to paint, with no visible seams remaining, texture restored to match surrounding areas (orange peel on walls, popcorn ceiling). "Joe and Alice were very pleased to hire James Gabor to finish a fence project someone else we hired had started. This hired handyman just abandoned this Fence project three weeks ago. I called Angi's List for Licensed Professional Businesses and James Gabor answered our phone call immediately and set up an appointment the next day early Sunday morning. I explained to him exactly what needed to be done for completing our yard wood panel fence project with cutting a few cement slabs and some trimming of fence post tops. He also needed to check already put up fence wood panels that were screwed in crocked. James was very acknowledgeable about what was needed to finish this uncompleted fence project. I felt confident with his manner of telling me he was wanting to come as soon as possible and had all the tools for cutting, the cement, cementing the last two fence posts, leveling the dirt and using the cement cut pieces to put in the space from the cement pieces cut in order to extend the back area of the fence near the side of the fence. He also removed the chain link fence attached to the back side chaining fence going down the right side of the house's yard. He meticulously loosened the screws in the top half of the uneven fence posts that had been put up and redrilled the screws so he could straighten the posts, there were fence post tool clamps he attacked to the bottom of the posts while working on them. When he mixed the cement for the few fence posts he had a hand held rotating drill mixer he mixed the water and cement mix together in a big bucket to pour the cement. He worked hard and fast, never taking any break, constantly checking everything walking in the back and front areas of this whole fence. I was very impressed with his work ethic! He also was polite and was very accomodating if I asked questions while he was working. He finished all my fence wood project in three hours!! He is very professional, cleaned up any cuttings of posts and excess wood pieces from trimming. He also carried the taken down poles and small piece of chain link fence into the back yard area which was a little ways walk from where he was working. He also carried the small piece of leftover excess a cut fence panel back into the side area of the house back yard. He made this wood fence project all lined up right to the side of the house look very nice. I kept saying Thank you to him. Please hire him for any renovations you need done. He is very good and a perfectionist at any kind of house or building project you need done. You will not be led astray at all he is very organized and punctual. He worked mostly alone and never complained. The job fee he presents to a client is well deserved by his knowledgeable job skills Thank you, James Gabor Renovations LLC.
