"I had 800 sq. ft. of badly stained carpet. Very stained! Dynamic Steam responded with a quote within minutes of my post with a price way below everyone else. He arrived on time with all the equipment in the truck. Only the hose entered my space. It was quiet and smelled fresh as he cleaned. He was respectful of my equipment and furniture. I was never inconvenienced in my work as he cleaned. It took about and hour from the time he entered until I paid him and he left. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT. As he worked I felt like I was watching a TV commercial for carpet cleaning. The difference was that much of a contrast. The hot steam used in the process dried very quickly. Dynamic Steam did a wonderful job on my carpet. I highly recommend this company."

"They were detailed and very professional in performing this job. I am very satisfied with the results on my floors. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"Angel did a fabulous job. . Tile and grout cleaning along with bamboo floor cleaning. Will hire again. All was as Robert promised, from time to pricing."

"They were right on time, very thorough. Our couch and rug came out beautiful. Ashley is very polite and professional. I would highly recommend."

"Gui Brasileiro came out and cleaned my textured vinyl floors to perfection! If you have dogs, do NOT put in textured flooring. Gui brought in his machine and within hours had my whole house sparkling clean! He was on time and professional. My floors have been easy to maintain ever since. But, I will call on him if ever my floors get the need for another deep cleaning. :)"

"Very courteous and respectful. Both men worked extremely hard. Floor looks great. I would definitely recommend!!"

"The gentleman that did the job was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. This grout hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in about 30 years. I had it resealed and my tile looks wonderful. I would highly recommend this company for any cleaning and resealing of your grout. Very courteous."

"Best tiling work I've ever seen. Jason went through great pains to make sure the drywall and tiling was properly aligned and completely level. I was really impressed with the results. Jason was very courteous and professional. He came on time and cleaned up every day. I loved that he worked on one job at a time. From start until finish, you had 100% of his time. would defintely hire him again and will."
