"When I called, I was able to get Certified to come and give me an estimate and do the work within the same week. They (two guys) arrived on time. The estimate was fair, although not cheap. They stretched and cleaned the old wall-to-wall carpet in two small bedrooms immediately, including some minor repairs of the tack strip. It took about 3 hours. The carpets look much better! This saved me the expense of having to replace the carpets with new. I'll call them again if I need similar services.show more

"The results were amazing. The carpet cleaned up beyond my imagination. They were extremely professional. They took their time carefully moving as much furniture as possible (all but the piano and master bed). One wool carpet had a spot with tar in it that they were able to completely remove. The fabric furniture was done slowly and carefully, including all related pillows. The leather furniture was cleaned by hand, and felt much softer afterwards.show more
