"There were two 1950 bathrooms that we wanted to completely renovate. We started with another contractor that was awful and was terminated. We knew it would be difficult to find a contractor that would finish the other contractors work and correct their mistakes. Fernando graciously took on the task and, lucky for us, found many mistakes. He handled the obstacles quickly and tirelessly without complaint. The two bathrooms came out beautiful with large format ceramic tiles. We were so impressed with his work that we continued with other projects in the house including interior and exterior repainting, carpentry, and general repair of some messy areas that we were leaving for another day. He was present to review the work of his crew almost every day and his crews were friendly, respectful, and cleaned up after their work. His proposals were fair but at the upper range of the proposals we received. (I have found looking for the lowest price can lead to disaster). His invoicing was timely and detailed. The only drawback is his workers are Brazilian and some only speak Portuguese. This may lead to lead to communication issues at times. Learned to use Google translator and it is was very helpful with English to Portuguese."

"Little did we realize when we purchased our home that the shower in the master bath had been improperly constructed, creating moisture-rot and degradation to structural a support joist under our house. Fortunately, we discovered the problem before any permanent damage had occurred, but finding the right contractor for such an important job wasn't all that simple. Our one trusted contractor had moved, and therfore was unavailable. Calling Arthur Forrest with Faith Construction was, to me, a bit of a risk, as his company had less than a half-dozen reviews on Angie's List--although they were all A-ratings. But I was searching for a list of qualifications--the perfect combination of knowledge and skill, communication and customer service skills. And I hoped to find someone who actually cared about his work and reputation. I believe I found all I was looking for when I met Arthur Forrest. He returned my call right away. Check. Rather than delaying his estimate, he worked us into his schedule to come take a look at the problem, and was able to give us his professional opinion within 24 hours. Check. His price was quite fair. Check. Everything he presented to me seemed to line up with the positive reviews I had read about him, as he seemed to care about the work, and put in the time to assessing the problem and getting the proposed solution right. Check. The work was done under my husband's scrutiny, who is not always easy for contractors to please. But by the end of the job, which was done on time and on budget, my husband had nothing but wonderful things to say about the quality of the job. Faith Construction had gone above and beyond to ensure that their work was done to his satisfaction, and done right, without cutting any corners. Mr. Forrest has left me with the string impression that he is an ethical man with a deep concern for his customers' satisafaction, and his company's reputation. After seeing what he is capable of accomplishing, and having experienced how this company conducts business, I have no reservations in recommending Faith Construction to anyone who wants a job done right.
