"David did an excellent job. A large window needed to be resealed and he also repaired the lower inside frame of the window. We had sustained water damage due to a 3 day storm with high winds and rain. David filled multiple cracks on the outside and over the window. He was polite, efficient and took the proper Covid procedures, which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend him and the company."

"This job was a total replacement of the front of my home due to hurricane/water damage. Jay was very responsive and helpful as I was dealing with my insurance company. He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. I definitely recommend Jay and Extreme Construction Group."

"All Pro Pool & Pavers recently remodeled our deck and pool. They did a fantastic job. Richard gave us a quote and good advice on our remodel. He suggested things that other companies did not. They were on time, did a thorough job and were a pleasure to work with. I would totally recommend them."

"To start off, Eyal was flexible with both of our schedules.  He is very friendly and quickly earned the trust of us (and our dogs).  He came right on time and went straight to work.  Eyal explained everything that he was doing so we could understand.  It is clear that he is a hard worker.  After he finished hanging all of the light fixtures and chandelier, he showed us how to pull apart our table to make the chandelier look even better.  Without us even asking, he fixed the bent pieces and left the table in better shape than he found it.
Not only was Eyal an efficient worker, he was also respectful of our time and space.  He was tidy and cleaned up any mess that was made in his work.  Eyal is courteous, concienscious, and extremely fair.  We feel lucky to have found him and we are already coming up with a new list of tasks for Eyal to do!

"Everything went GREAT from start to finish.  Danny, the owner's son came out the day after we called to look at the leak area and to go over what they could do.  He was very thorough and took whatever time I needed to answer all my questions.  The next day he emailed me a proposal with 2 options:  1 for if the source of leak was under shingles and easy to repair, and the other if they needed to take up all the shingles and paper around a decorative copper piece near the leak source to find and completely seal the leak area. Danny told me up front that he was going on vacation the next day but that his Dad, Luis would follow up.

When I called to accept the proposal Luis was prompt to follow up and three days after I called him the crew was there with Luis. Luis went over everything with me to understand fully what I wanted and had the lead worker, Marcos listen in to ensure he knew first hand what to do.  Luis then left to get the materials for the repair.  The job was done in about 5 hours the same day.  The job required was option 2  - the more extensive job around the transition to the copper piece.
Marcos explained along every step what he was finding and using to repair the leak.  They used a heavy duty self adhering roofing underlayment (no nails to be potential future issues) and used some heavy duty sealant around some suspect areas on the copper piece.  They covered everything with matching asphalt shingles.  Next, they did the maintenance around the rest of the roof sealing all potential areas of penetration (bathroom stacks, chimney, etc., and checked and repaired other areas with shingles that had risen a little and 3 of them were caused by nails that could have been future leaks. Tthey finally used some heavy duty mastic/roofing "bull" to cover over where the lower roof meets the siding of the higher part of the house.
They cleaned everything up - spotless- and were true professionals.

Deck Repair questions, answered by experts

A deck that isn’t attached to a house is called a floating or freestanding deck. These standalone decks are built near ground level, so they usually don’t need deck stairs. Some don’t even require permits. Generally speaking, building a floating deck is faster and more DIY-friendly than constructing one that’s connected to your home.

Pressure-treated lumber is one of the most affordable types of decking upfront. This material is widely available, so you can usually find pressure-treated lumber at almost any local home improvement store you visit. Keep in mind that wood requires a lot of upkeep with repainting and restaining, so any kind of wood may be more expensive in the long run than something like PVC decking.

Yes, you can build a deck over your outdoor HVAC unit, but you need to leave at least 5 feet of vertical clearance above the unit. If you don’t want your deck to be that high off the ground, you could build a floating deck in another part of your yard—again, as long as you leave at least 4 feet of horizontal space between the deck and your AC unit.

Yes, Ipe wood is a popular high-end choice for pool decking. It repels water and is naturally slip-resistant. It's not susceptible to mold, mildew, or rot, either, so it lasts longer and is cleaner and more hygienic than other popular decking materials. However, remember that due to its status, it is a very high-cost wood, and you might find that an alternative would serve you just as well for significantly less.

The cost to build a second-story deck averages $4,800, though the actual price could range as low as $420 to upwards of $16,000. While labor costs range between 35% and 50% of the total project cost, the materials and complexity of design will ultimately lead you to save or spend more money on this home addition.
