"This job was a total replacement of the front of my home due to hurricane/water damage. Jay was very responsive and helpful as I was dealing with my insurance company. He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. "Davide was outstanding in every regard. He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."
