Rick patiently came to my home and also worked remotely and via telephone to repair my PC after a windows upgrade messed up my email Outlook account. He worked wonders, quickly and within budget to repair my software. He fixed it in a hurry, explaining all the way what he was doing and why. A huge sigh of relief for me when I had no idea what to do. Thank you Rick!

Great local company. Great technician(Rick) and great customer service. Showed up exactly when scheduled. Did the work efficiently, intelligently at a very fair price, and took me from worrying about my computer to bein a super satisfied client. I had done a computer update, and hundreds of files seemed to disappear. I called another vendor that I had contracted and they could not help. Rick arrived and worked, in my office and located all of the files. He updated my computer installe dimporatnt updates and high quality virus software, and explained everythin. He's friendly, efficient, and super knowledgable. 5 out of 5 stars and recommend!

I had a Lenovo computer that had a bad charging jack, and got it picked up by Priority 1 at my house. i knew from watching a You Tube video that my computer was particularly difficult as regards to this matter as the entire thing had to be taken apart. While it was apart, I asked Rick to install a new SSD, and let me tell you, not only did they do a fantastic job of repairing the jack, they also took all the time they needed to make sure the computer ran smoothly with no issues, and this thing runs like greased lightning! Thank you Rick and Priority 1 Computers and in case you can't tell... I highly recommend them!

What one hopes for when contracting a service company - fast response, fast, competent and efficient service at a reasonable price. In addition Rick (who i worked with) is able to communicate in simple and understandable language (minimum of technical jargon) to explain the why's, wherefore's and whatnot's and to make coherent recommendations.

Rick was quick to come and and not only did a great job updating two computers, he also transferred all necessary programs from the old systems to the new. Since what he did was very time-consuming, he charged us fairly and was great company while waiting for things to install! He came back to install some recommended add-ons at no additional charge. Most impressive was that he was totally honest about our needs and we would up returning some components, thereby saving money. Highly recommended.
