Bogie remodeled my townhouse top to bottom including creating two bathrooms in place of the one original bath, moved the laundry area, changed the hall/stair configuration, new kitchen cabinets and appliances and new island eating area in a very small space, new flooring and new composite decking on front porch, back deck and two balconies, new electric, plumbing, crown and baseboard molding. Took this 1980s looking townhome into a very modern contemporary and comfortable home all with me being far away from Key West. He had great ideas he showed me with design drawings and pictures but was not afraid to try anything I came up with. He is very easy to work with and went the extra mile for us. Wish I could add pictures his work is beautiful. Would use him again."
