His pricing is not the cheapest BUT not expensive either - about what I would estimate the project to be worth so He's fair. He'll lay out your options and then let you choose even with caveats. Yes, I'd definitely hire him again. Btw this website misconstrues the work that was done as it was not under either a home warranty nor a summer maintenance program."
