I hired East Coast Arbor Pro Inc. to trim 4 trees (2 front, 2 back), but from start to finish the process was chaotic and unprofessional. Communication was poor ? I had to chase them down for basic info like the appointment time, payment options, or even whether I needed to prep anything. No in-person walkthrough, just a vague text quote. On the rescheduled day, the crew arrived with no notice and couldn?t access the back trees without risking damage to my irrigation system. Their only solution involved using a 7,000 lb lift that would likely crush sprinkler lines ? and they didn?t have basic tools like a working pole saw. They admitted they couldn?t do the job as quoted. Their machine still left deep ruts in my and my neighbor?s yard and ran over a sprinkler head anyway. When I contacted the owner and provided details including pictures, Justin offered no apology and instead insulted me via text and publicly on my review.

Their team arrived on time and did a great job trimming, removing debris and cleaning up the area. They were very professional.

They didn't show up or call 3 TIMES in a row. Now Justin won't call or reply to texts. I gave him 3 chances with 3 appointments and he never showed up. Worthless!

Justin and his crew did a excellent job removing a tree from my property. Justin was quick to respond with a estimate and options with the job. With the location of the tree (very close to the house)and the issues with the tree, a removal and stump grinding was agreed on. Justin setup an appointment. Justin had an opening just the next day, and I agreed on the rescheduling. They came out while I was at work, removed the tree, grounded down the stump and remove tree debris off the roof from an earlier storm. 𠠠𠠻𠠠𠠻 Very professional, and stayed in touch through the whole process.

We had a tree that had uprooted late at night Justin answered the phone and showed up at 1 am. Gave us a estimate and had the tree gone by 9am. Highly recommend this company . They know their stuff

One of the main people in this family business no showed my neighbors and my scheduled appt to trim our Palm trees. He did not call and did not answer 2 messages left that day asking where he was. He answered my 2nd call the next morning and said their truck had broken. I asked if he knew leaving us waiting all day without a call was bad customer service. He answered yes and said someone tried to call. No one tried to call. He then said someone was supposed to. He said he would call later to reschedule. He called and rescheduled for Monday. Then the next morning he texted me and said, ;so the problem is we do not service port st lucie anymore we have a $400 minimum to service there When I initially called him I asked if they still trimmed trees in Port St Lucie. I said he had trimmed our trees last year and would it be the same price? The answer to both questions was yes. He had 2+ weeks before the appt. to cancel the work and no one forced him to accept the job to begin with. He left us waiting and then bailed. I said we were not paying that much more than he had agreed to. After other comments he said our business practices are one of the best in Florida exactly why we are highly rated. They do have some good reviews and happy customers so people reading this can decide if you want to do business with this company after treating us that way even with good review.

JUSTIN WAS FANTASIC, KNOWS HIS STUFF, VERY EASY TO TALK TO AND ASK QUESTIONS. HE RESPONDED TO MY HOME WITH 30 MINUTES OF TALKING TO HIM ON THE PHONE. WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORKMANSHIP. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY ONE WITH OUT HESITATION
