"I needed to replace an old, non-functional water softener so I put out a bid for offers. It was before 8AM, so I did not expect any businesses to be open yet, but within five minutes, Edgar called and I told him I was looking for bids. Edgar got here exactly when he said he would . After just a few minutes, I was impressed enough that I hired him right then. I MAY have gotten a better bid, or maybe not, but I was much impressed by Edgar's professionalism and courtesy.
