We own a condo in Port St. Lucie but live in NJ. We rent it out so are never around to do our own repairs. We have had to call Genesis plumbing out several times and each time they arrived in a timely manner, the plumber was knowledgeable and friendly, completed the job in a timely manner and their pricing is fair. They send me before and after pictures which is amazing, they make it so easy. Barbara is one of the owner's and dispatches the calls. She's always friendly and professional. We have used them several times and highly recommend them. Not being local is scary for us because when we call for service, we need the job done and do not want to be ripped off. I am so happy that we found Genesis plumbing.

We have relied on Genesis for all of our plumbing needs for the past 7+ years and highly recommend them. They have always been fair, reliable, and professional. Over the years they installed 2 toilets, 2 sinks, a hot water heater, and repiped our home. Absolutely the best plumbing service.

My wife & I moved to Port Saint Lucie, FL two months ago and looked up 5 star rated plumbing companies to perform minor work in our home when we first arrived. She selected Genesis Plumbing Services as a result of reading all their 5 star reviews and the feedback from their customers. Ed Hickman was the licensed & insured member of the Genesis Plumbing team that came to our home previously and returned to our home to successfully complete our toilet replacement. Ed is very professional, courteous and focused on customer satisfaction. As additional background, Ed previously successfully installed a new water shutoff value that had broken off. He completed that quickly, efficiently and cared about the quality of the work he provided. This was confirmed when another company that does our AC work, saw our new water shutoff value that Ed installed and they said, "who ever did that installation is a true craftsman". They went on to say that everything was lined up, soldering joints cleanly done and the value is installed in the correct direction. They said this is excellent work! I told them Genesis Plumbing Services did the work and they said, that is an excellent company. Kudos to Ed Hickman for that excellent quality water value installation at hour home. Next, we had an original house toilet from the 1990's go bad and called Genesis Plumbing Services to get it checked and ultimately replaced. Ed said he would take that work order as he was already familiar with us and our house. We were notified by the Genesis office staff that our appointment was on Tuesday and Ed Hickman would do the work. My wife and I were very pleased that Ed was returning to our home to do this work. Ed came in and examined our toilet and explained in detail the problems he found and the potential cost for a replacement. He took the time to explain the details and listen to our questions. It was a reasonable quote, timeframe and we accepted it. Ed was punctual, as always, called before arriving and professional, courteous and always wants to do the job right the first time. He successfully completed the toilet replacement and throughout the replacement process showed us the problems he identified, explained what he was going to do to fix it and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The bottom line is that Ed Hickman did an excellent job replacing our toilet in a timely fashion and cleaned up, so that you would never know he did any work in our bathroom. Ed is an excellent team player working for Genesis Plumbing Services and should be recognized for his efforts. Genesis is an excellent company and we will be contacting them for our future plumbing needs. Keep up the great work!

They put in a quality Gerber toilet very quickly and neatly! Very pleased with their employees and the quality of their work. They also put new water connection valve to toilet. We wanted a higher toilet then what we had in there. Did great! Have used Genesis for a new hot water heater and misc plumbing as well...replacing stuck or drippy valves.

Replaced cartridge in shower valve. Cleaned up and were done in less than an hour.

Plumbing prior did not have shut off in the right place. Plumber replaced entire area and work was done right. Work was done on the same day I called. Very nice and professional.

Called and explained that I needed a old water softener disconnected and capped so I could remove and discard it..I was told I don’t think we do that but will find out and get back to you...never heard from them again..easy job any professional plumber could do it ..found someone else that could do this easy job...

John was punctual, polite , big smile and great attitude. Got right to work, explanation of what needed to be done and advice on all questions. Kitchen and second bath remodel in future and Genesis will be my "go to" company. It's really GREAT to find a good and reliable company. WELL DONE!!!!!!! Thank you

Amazing, prompt and clean service

Excellent. I highly recommend them. This visit, they checked all of the toilets to see if any repairs were necessary. One toilet rocked and they put in the necessary caulking. They changed a sprayer hose and fixed a leak in my laundry tub.

This company was professional, responsive, and thorough every step of the way. I appreciate the entire process was explained right from the beginning and was quick and painless! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them myself as needed in the future.

Called Genesis yesterday to schedule replacement of a leaking hot water heater. They promptly scheduled the replacement for the today and called before hand to inform me that the servicemen was coming. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. He explained what he was going to do and the extra costs above the estimate that was provided over the phone. He completed the work expeditiously and cleaned up after himself; carting away all of the debris even though I volunteered to put it out with the trash. The estimate provided told me what was included and any extra costs that I would incur. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

I did a lot of research and decided to use Genesis based on Angie's List reviews and their website. They came the next day and were prompt, friendly and they cleaned up after the job was done. Their price was also better than others I saw in my research...even before the discount they give to Angie's List users. Overall, a very good experience.

Joe is very professional and responsive. When things come up outside his area of expertise (i.e. septic tank draining) he always has a recommendation ready in case we need one (which we usually do). We have a few rentals in the area & are very happy we can call him when needed. Also, he is competitively priced, so we know we are not being taken advantage of!
