Their salesman Jeff S. was very knowledgeable about the products available & answered all my questions on initial visit or followed up by the next day. Jeff had me come to showroom to see the styles of windows available by Simonton & PGT. I chose Simonton for many reasons. Juan & Shane installed 6 large Simonton windows for me over the past two days. They were very knowledgeable, professional & able to answer many questions during their two days in my home. I would highly recommend Armortech windows & doors to anyone looking to replace their windows or doors. A new door was ordered recently for a family members home & we look forward to seeing it installed in near future too. Thank you Armortech for always doing a job well done. The doors were installed about a month earlier than the windows as they arrived at the shop earlier. Eric and Scott are very friendly and easy guys to get along with. They do good work. Brian was the salesman who walked me through everything about the window installations and explained how to choose the appropriate windows and doors. Excellent. The sales pitch was not pushy, and the salesman, administrators, and installers, worked very well together as a team. The job was not messy as I'd envisioned; the installers were orderly and cleaned up well. The final work surpassed my expectations, the windows are great, and are an improvement over the old windows are as described. (Filtering bright sunlight, reducing noise, easy to use, etc.). Amazing. We have 3 4x8 ft sliders at our home that we recently purchased. 2 of the 3 would not move and the 3rd was on it's way out. The doors were original to the home (15 years). The 2 man crew worked with such precision and speed, it was unbelievable. We had the wheels replaced and one of the bottom rails replaced. Now with one finger I can move the entire door system. Very pleased. They cleaned up and again just did an amazing job.
