"Epic Failure! I first contacted EE&G via Angie's List on 7/19. It took about 6 days to receive the initial estimate for my job, and for that I had to ask twice. Once I accepted, they came out on 8/1, removed my cabinet and sink, and set up the air filter and tent. During this time, it was necessary for me to call in (and pay) a plumber to cap off the plumbing and an electrician (also at additional cost) to repair the wiring to my dishwasher. Neither of these were included in the 'we handle everything estimate'. Remediation was never actually completed as they never returned to remove the tenting or shut off their machine. I had to clean all that up myself. Once that was done, it took 2 weeks before they scheduled a painter to come out. I'm pleased with the work the painter did, but that was the last work that was done, and (as of 9/20) my kitchen remains largely unusable. 5 weeks ago I was told cabinets would take 3 weeks. Now they won't even give me a completion date."
