"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"tHE SALES PERSON rene STOOD UP 3 X AND THE LAST TIME SAID SHE WAS GOING TO GET T HE PERMIT AND DID NOT GET THE PERMIT APPLICATION A FEW WEEKS LATER installation was partially rejected b y city of Bonita. Took numerous calls to Storm smart to get service person back They omitted caulking and the screen did not fit flush to the floor Sloppy work. In addition the screen in one corner is creased . Waiting for response from Storm Smart I have had 4 customer service reps Evidently they cannot keep help Every time I call (waiting time e is very long) the person apologizes for the poor service. Instead of spending so many $ advertising spend it on better customer attention ands ervice"

"Greg was EXCELLENT. Affable and knowledgeable, he figured out our drain problem very quickly, utilized the proper tools to clear the drain, and the whole process (including clean-up) took less than one hour. Highly recommend! He couldn't have been better."

"Guessing he was pre occupied .. after only 1 week the tint started to peel and bubble. His cuts are off,misaligned to the window and just overall crappy workmanship. Both driver and passengers side windows bubbled and peeled. My sliding rear window isnt close to being right (uneven and misaligned cuts) He wont answer calls now. I brought the truck back snf paid him extra to fix it. (Big mistake) The work looks rushed and unprofessional. Totally disappointed and discouraged as ill have to pay someone to redo his horrible work... Stay away from this guy and his services."

"BAIT & SWITCH First- Gave me a quote for suntek tint. Had suntek samples. Then at the end, he carries out a different window tint brand! Like, he wasn't even trying to hide it. He did refund money. He was caught trying to sneak in marina and couldn't provide insurance to get into marina. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. His dishonesty outweighed his quality of work."

"This $36,000 job is a night mare. Stay away from this company !!! Very unprofessional! 1. New Sliding Glass Doors were installed in the East Bedroom, Living room and West Bedroom. Start 11/4/20 end 11/13/20. Waiting on final inspection. If you are a reputable company you are very familiar with NOA compliances. 2. The dent on the east bedroom sliding glass door jamb. Resolution needs to be agreed upon and a date of completion given. 3. The work crew arrived Nov 23rd to complete all punch list items given to them by me from work done on 11/04/20 end 11/13/20. The interior drywall repair around the sliding glass door frame was not done in accordance with the Easy Sand submittal sheet. Page 2 of the submittal sheet states that "The joint must be covered with a thin layer of compound and embedded tape". Your work crew did not use embedded tape at the joints. On the initial installation nor on 11/23/20. I did write a letter (attached) making them aware on the correct way to use this product but they continued to disregard the manufactures directions along with their lack of drywall work, produced unacceptable workmanship. Pictures attached show visual joint cracks and unacceptable workmanship. I was able to acquire my condo contractor to complete the drywall repair and want The Window Guys to be liable for all fees in cured when I receive the contractor's final invoice (pictures attached). 4. The Window Guys need to cover the cost of the mirrors being removed (an emergency job) my contractor stopped all his projects to come at 8:00am on 11/05/20 to remove the mirrors as demand by The Window Guys phone call to me on 11/04/20 at 5:30 pm after workers left for the day. No mention of window removal by the salesmen or worker that came for final measurement. I asked them both questions regarding the mirrors but I was NEVER told to remove them. If it was mentioned I surely wouldn't have waited to do so. Regarding the two wall mounted mirrors with associated baseboard, and crown molding. I'm requesting the total amount of compensation to remove and reinstall mirrors baseboard, and crown molding associated with this job on receiving the final invoice. 6. On completion of all work. The Board will impose on me, your workers infractions. As of now I owe $300. I have sent many emails and letters to the owner and staff but have received only one response addressing reimbursement in the amount of around $550."
