"Hello Jo. I did receive 1 call and 1 message through Angi. I returned both the call and the message, which I sent proof of to your phone by text message. The message I received from you was rude, but yet I still responded kindly, asking how I can help you. I never got a response. The text I sent was within 12 minutes of you messaging me. I did not get a response to either my message or the voicemail I left you. So I messaged you again and got no response. I also messaged you two more times after you left a review. It took 6.5 hours for you to respond. You were yet again rude, saying words I won't repeat. We are still willing to help you out."

"Hello Melissa. On the invoice it states that we replaced 12 heads not 2. As for not answering the phone, there was an issue with my Verizon account not receiving calls from home phone lines. I didn't realize this was happening for over 2 weeks. Mainly because most people do call me from cell phones. Once the issue was fixed I got a missed call from you. I called back twice and got no response. I did however receive this review and have since called as well with no response. Kindly get a hold of us so I can resolve this for you."
