"We used Tadlock roofing to replace the roof on our rental house in Panama City. Also for a roof secondary water barrier and 2x solar powered attic vents.Since I live out of state and was not able to be present for the estimate, Tadlock sent me a link to a very helpful video clip of my roof pointing out the problems they found and showing me the options for replacement. Tadlock did a fast and professional job with a thorough cleanup afterwards. Now my house is staying dry and the cooling costs have gone down with the increased efficiency shingles and roof vents. Also, we are getting an insurance discount for a new roof, for wind mitigation, and for secondary water barrier protection. We would use Tadlock again in a heartbeat and wish we would have found them first."
