Once the job was completed, Juan ensured I quickly received the manifest to prove that the asbestos was disposed of properly and in accordance with regulation. "I went over the fence repairs with Alex Salazar, and he gave me a price for the work and materials of $500 cash. He arrived on time on Dec 14th and completed the repair, which took about 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I checked the work and complained that the gate he built was leaning. He came back on 12/18 and said that the fence post to which he had attached the gate was rotted at the bottom and would have to be replaced. I do not know why he did not notice this when he did the original repair?? Anyway, he said he will return tomorrow to replace the fence post to which the new gate is attached. This cost me an added fee, but he did show up on 12/24/21 and did the job, also installing a gate latch."

"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.
