"Everything was perfect. Movers were able to show up for a "last minute" move. They were not only on time, but early. Got the job done quickly. Wrapped everything for the move. I was going to do the move myself, however, after this experience, I was so pleased, why put myself through all that work. And the cost was far below what other movers wanted. "The move was professionally done. Members of the moving team were pleasant and informative. They carefully assessed the best way to get the piano in my house. Unfortunately, an accident occurred when moving the piano out of the seller's house, leaving some gashes in the wood along the front of the piano. I was not there and the seller did not see what happened, so have no idea why the damage occurred. The company was most gracious in giving me a reduced moving fee for the damage. This should help in covering costs to try to hide the wood damage."
