Tallahassee Roofing, without a doubt is the best roofing company I've ever had the pleasure to deal with.. They are there when they say they will be there.. The whole crew was as polite and courteous as anyone could possibly ask for..They cleaned up daily after working, and I mean cleaned up.. I was really impressed..If you do have a problem, they don't back up, they are right there to take care of you..Unlike most roofing companies, this company really cares about the quality of their work, and the total satisfaction of their customers.. Trust me, the "ONLY" name you need to know in roofing is Tallahassee Roofing..No one else even comes close ...

Tallahassee Roofing did my roof back in 2014, over the years winds and vegetation have caused problems with some fascia and soffits. Tallahassee Roofing came out and fixed the problem at no charge. 4 years later!! Glad I picked them the first time.

Tallahassee Roofing crew came and tore off the old, damaged shingle roof. They repaired the damaged areas and installed a new metal roof. The crew was excellent and the office staff was also great. We would definitely hire this company again.

Perfect. Quick and painless - workers were great and cleaned up daily - couldn't ask for better service.

Positive:  The owner was very professional on the phone and apologetic when the servicemen had to delay the job due to illness multiple times.   The roof is not leaking and is repaired better than it was.   (A flash was added that was not there which helps drainage.)  The owner even honored my Angie's List coupon when I realized I did not use it for final payment.   He issued a refund for the amount.
Negative:  There was a mess left - nails on the ground, gutter that had to be removed was not replaced, but left bent on the ground in a flower bed, and the tiles don't exactly match.   

We bought a house that needed a new roof. The lender would not do the loan until it was confirmed a roof would go on in a timely manner. We were told that Tallahassee Roofing would be our best bet. Even though others bid lower, we went with the reviews others had told us. They had their full crew on our roof for 4 days. They removed the entire roof of our 2 story house, car port, and addition, replaced areas of wood that had rotted and put on a  new roof in 4 days. Our neighbors told us they never saw a roofing job go so fast and had MANY compliments on how it looked. The crew was very respectful, keeping the area clean and a man with a trailer for all the debris was on hand to bring in another trailer each time one got filled. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Futhermore, they got the job done in the time the lender needed. An inspector came out a couple days later and said the job looked great.

very honest...I thought I needed repairs...but they said roof was in terrific condition. honesty like that is hard to find...they could have said I needed new roof and I wouldn't have been the wiser. I will contact the taylors for all of my roofing problems from now on.

I contacted the office and spoke to Jeanette who was friendly, professional, and thoughtful.  I was so impressed with them the previous year when I intended do the work that I called back for a new updated proposal.  This time I requested architectural shingles.  Stacy came out and met me at the house.  He got the necessary measurements and delivered the estimate in a timely manner.  I had so much contact with Stacy that I felt that we were becoming family.  I had done my research, always do your research, so I had lots of follow-up questions.  I was surprised how many times Stacy offered to come by and did show me the explanation.  We corresponded by email and cell phone as well.  They were very professional! I had an unexpected death in the family so all my planning to be there when the roofing happened went out the window.  It went excellently with me not being there! That is unheard off!!  By the way, Stacy also did simultaneously my elderly neighbor's roof which I handled while setting up for mine. They removed all the old roofing all the way to the plywood decking and then applied protective layers recommended with architectural shingles.  I was given many options for how much I want it to invest on my roof.  I bought the works because based on my research the price was nominal and the cost worthwhile.  These folks, from the office, installers, and owners are the best.
