It may sound like a simple job but due to the difficult location which involved both the city and county permitting and dealing with the traffic during installation -this made a simple sounding project tough. Wagner made us feel comfortable that he could handle the job after we had quotes for a couple companies that ended up backing out because of the earlier mentioned hurdles. Wagner was able to accomplish the project on time and at the quoted price. Wagner made sure we were totally satisfied. In addition, Carla, the Office Manager, was always very pleasant and professional to talk to and was very quick to respond to our questions. I would recommend Eagle Concrete without hesitation."

"I worked with Ira for about two months on a retaining wall project behind my pool cage. Ira helped me through the HOA approval process, providing detailed description, material lists and applicable drawings. We communicated primarily through text and Ira was very responsive and let me know what to expect next and when. My project was a relatively small one for Apex but Ira was able to get crews to my home between larger projects and was flexible with our schedule. There also was some additional unanticipated labor needed to complete my project and I was not charged additionally. Ira stuck to the original quote. He also made every effort to keep our large foxtail palms. I would highly recommend this company and will hire them again should the need arise."

"We hired Carl/AJP Construction to help with our kitchen remodel. After starting the demo myself, I realized it was going to be a lot more work than expected - which is when we found Carl here on AL. He came out the same day and was very helpful in explaining what we needed, as well as thinking of the best and most cost effective way to get it done. From that point forward I felt like he was on our team, legitimately trying to help us - and not just seeing the project as dollar signs for his pocket.

I could go on about the good work he did (moved electrical outlets, removed tile backsplash, replaced drywall, extended wall, plumbing/re-routed pipes, installed molding, etc.). Although I appreciate the quality work, what impressed me the most about Carl is that he's such a genuinely good person. He managed everything that was thrown his way, remaining calm, reassuring us that he would take care of it, and that everything was ok. He was right. He took care of it. Everything was ok.
