They used steam cleaning method which leaves no lingering odors upon completion. They did pre spot before beginning the steam cleaning. It took about 2 hrs. to do the entire house. They had to vacuum before starting. The house is big, 2700 sq. ft. and has a master bedroom which is 53' long. They charged me by the room not the sq. footage, therefore they were by far the least expensive to use."
