After assessing and determining the gas and electrical hookups were effective, Brian realized the supplier's natural gas regulator was defective. The supplier sent us a new regulator which Brian came back to Vero to install. Brian also noted that the gas line provided was too small for the unit and contacted the supplier who provided us the proper hose. I can't say enough good things about Brian. The service he provided was excellent, and his commitment to helping us finally get our generator operating properly was noteworthy. Highly Recommended."

"The gentleman who came out was very personable; however, I am not swayed by personality but by professionalism. There was a dropped neutral in one of my lines, among other problems. Rather than fix the problem, his solution was to bypass it and just run another line. I did not find that acceptable. and his quote was twice that of what I got elsewhere. My recommendation is always get a second opinion. He also tried to get me to replace the breaker box (>$8k), which did not need to replacement."
