"I called back in June, I think, and got scheduled for mid-August. Before the scheduled date Brendan drove by to see our house. He said the driveway did not need to be done, the roof would be $300 and the lanai $75. He called to confirm the date and time he would arrive. Got here around 10 am, worked for 6 and 1/2 hours. They arrived on time, covered all bushes and started work. We decided to pressure wash also garage floor and pool deck. After couple of hours job was done, tarp carefully removed from bushes.
