Great, repairmen were prompt for initial service call and diagnosed issue right away. Part was back-ordered but once replaced ASAP upon receiving part. Refrigerator running great a week later, cooling better than ever.

Then it took bout 15-20min for him to figure out what the problem was. The technician had to order the part for it and it took all bout a week to get and he will return to install the part which was $80.00 including labor.

The advice in selecting the proper appliances was always on the mark. Their selection is fantastic and prices are always fair. Couldn't be happier. Dean, our salesmen, spent countless hours with me and my wife listening to all our needs and requirements. We had a particular theme we were going for and these guys went above and beyond. The installation crew was just as impressive. I had to get a repair on the washer because something short circuited! No idea what happened. Normally when calling any company with issues or problems I would be given the run around and the blame game. Not with Aggressive. I just called the service manager-- Jeff I believe-- and they got me on the schedule and eased my mind that they would be able to find out the cause of the problem. The service repair man was Lee and he was extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and had it all handled in no time. From beginning to end this was a great experience. I felt like this company not only gave me a great deal of promise and expectations but they followed through with ALL of it. They have kept me as a customer for life and I will make it my mission to recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for appliances or repair.

I contacted them to replace a water dispenser lever on a refrigerator.
It was a simple problem yet the individual in the repair service
department was rude and argumentative about it. I knew exactly what
needed replaced, had searched for the part and although I could get the
part, I could not do the repair myself, thus I called them. She
informed me that they needed to come and look at the refrigerator to
determine the repair, then they would order the part (I couldn't get it
for them and they used a supplier who was much more expensive than the
manufacturer) then return to fix it. Unnecessary expense and time and I
asked them to order the part and when it came in to come and install
it. I gave them my credit card to order the part and as a parting shot
she said, you know you have to pay for the part and service call if you are wrong
and if the repair can't be done. I waited and waited but no call to come and do the job.
So I called and talked to a different person who was nice
and she said the part should be in that day and we scheduled the repair.
Two men showed up and it took them all of 15 minutes of actual work time
to replace the lever and they were gone. The work was done fine, the
men were very nice and professional. It was the nasty woman on the
phone who turned me off to this company. Perhaps she takes the name
Aggressive Appliances too seriously.

The service repair person was on time and polite. He fixed our glass stove top as promised, and it looks brand new. I do wish he took the old one with him. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect.

I was not happy with them. He was supposed to find out what was wrong with my microwave. We wanted to know what he was going to charge to repair it. At first they would not even tell us, we had trouble finding out the price from them and then they told us two men would do it and they were charging double what other people were charging. I was very surprised because they were okay on your Angie's list site. When the other guy came, he told us that there was other things wrong with it that they didn't tell us, that they didn't just figure out. The first guy just came and looked at it, he told us it was something but when the second guy came to repair it, he told us what the problem is and he charged us much less.

"Customer, I am very sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with our company. This was the first that I heard regarding your dissatisfaction, so I went back and looked in our notes regarding the service. I am sorry that our policy of not installing parts that we do not supply did not sit well with you. If you do decide to use our company in the future I would ask that you please give us a call and let us know if you are not satisfied so we can try to resolve it for you. The reason that we have this policy is due to the fact that some parts, if not purchased through a reliable vendor, may not have the lifespan of actual factory parts (even though the prices may be lower). All parts (even though they look the same), are not all of the same quality. In the past, when we have installed parts that werent purchased through us, they have sometimes failed and caused even more grief, both for the customer and us. It was after several of these bad experiences that we created our policy that we will not install parts if they are not purchased through us. I am sorry that this was not explained up front by the customer service representative, but i will make sure that they clearly explain this policy over the phone in the future when taking calls. I appreciate your honesty regarding your experience and I am sorry that this policy was not explained more clearly by the technician. I am sure that if he gave you a more thorough explanation of the reasoning behind it, that there wouldnt have been so much frustration."

The large burner went out on my glass top stove and I had no idea how to repair on my own. Called and had friendly over the phone service, got a repair man scheduled for next day. He called about half an hour before he arrived, arrived on time and within the service call window time frame. All my stove needed was the wire replaced - it had gotten burned and that is what caused the burner to stop working. Simple and easy - no parts charge, he just replaced the terminal wire and no extra fee besides the quoted price for the service call. Very friendly guy, would definitely use again in the future.
