AFFORDABLE APPLIANCE SERVICE

Joe is punctual, professional, and honest. He repaired our washer and dryer and diagnosed the dishwasher. All of them are getting to the age where they should be replaced. He was honest about the washing machine, recommending what brand we should buy for the replacement. But he could have made things up about other appliances and didn't. He told us the truth. He's on speed dial now. He's our appliance repairman for life. Highly recommended.

Came right out on the same day. Repair was quick and easy. No issues

Jeff came out said my dryer was heating fine, found a bad drum roller and ordered came back that afternoon to install. We tried to use dryer 2 hours later was cold air, not heating, I called him to notify him the dryer had not been fixed properly he seemed hesitant to give me a straight answer so I finally had to ask him when he would return, he staid sometime next day. Returned at end of day the following day and said my vent tube was clogged and that was the problem, however we had just cleaned it out completely. So he said run the dryer unconnected and open a window (?); I purchased a new vent tube and routed it out my window to be safe. Tried to dry a load of clothes, air is cold - no heat. I texted him on Friday no response since then and my dryer still does NOT work. Jeff wasted our time and money. I am buying a new dryer. I also want to mention he made it a point to tell me the part would cost more because my dryer was a Samsung. He replaced one roller for 170.00 I found the entire kit on amazon for 25 dollars for 4 rollers and a drive belt, my dryer is only 5 years old. He was at my house for 45 min total (damaged my laundry room door). Very disappointed in his service and professionalism for sure. We do not recommend .

Jeff was very responsive and came out the same day I left him a message. He was incredibly thorough and gave me an honest assessment that resulted in me choosing to purchase a new washing machine rather than go with repairs to the older one. I would absolutely call Jeff again for future needs.

It went great. When I requested a quote I gave the make/model and description of what was happening. He told me what he thought it was and gave me a quote without having to come out. He was the only one who did so of those we requested. I really appreciated this and he did a great job. Would definitely hire again.

We didn't know this kind of service still exists. If only we could find service professionals like this for all of our household and auto repair needs. The service tech is himself the owner and you can tell it by the customer service he offers: he returns calls quickly, he is very easy to talk with, and he goes the second and third mile to help you even when it doesn't put a nickel in his pocket. And if that isn't enough, his work is just excellent. We have found our go-to-guy when it comes to appliance repairs.

Do not recommend! Called Jeff to set up appointment to see the ice maker and inform us on repair options. He failed to set up an appointment, but instead showed up to the tenant occupied property when it was convenient for him. He was quickly in an out of the property, and then sent us a bill for $105 for supposedly replacing a $20 part. This did not solve the ice maker problem, in fact the ice maker has a bigger problem now.

Great experience. Called me right back and completed the job the same day! I highly recommend this company.

Called Jeff txt him the model of both appliances and he fit us in the next day. Very good service. Would use him again.

It is one guy who comes out. He is always prompt and doesn't take long to do it. I have no complaints.

Mr. Wilson is polite, professional, and charges a reasonable fee for work done. He offers a one-year warranty for the part(s) and that's another plus. There is nothing negative to say about Mr. Wilson and his services. If a company is needed for any large appliance, I highly recommend Affordable Appliance Service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Refrigerator stopped cooling on a Sunday night. I called Affordable's number (they were closed) and left a message. Later that night Jeff texted me asking for the model number and whether the fan was running. I gave him the info and he said he could come by the next morning between 9:30 and 10:30. The next day he arrived at 9:20. He quickly replaced the starter relay and was out the door by 9:35. Fridge is working fine now. You can't beat that for service. I've done business in the past with Jeff and he's always quick to respond and knows what he's doing.
