"Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity. "I removed the tile from a concrete floor and some of the residue. I explained to all companies that I needed Linoleum Sheet Flooring installed but first needed the remaining residue removed and floor leveled. . First company gave me an estimate and then later stated I would have to do more floor prep work, of which I was hiring them for, before they would start. Second company came and said they could do all that was requested and would send me an estimate. Did not call or give an estimate. Contacted Best Flooring Tampa Bay and Patricia stated that they could do all that was requested, without seeing it first, and would send Arthur, the person that would do the work, to my home to measure and see how much leveling cement would be required. They were prompt to arrive and surveyed floor area. They quickly sent the estimate to which I agreed. A date was set and they promptly arrived and immediately started sanding the thin set grouting and leveling my floor. The floor really needed a lot of leveling and because of the thickness in areas needed a few days to cure. They again arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the the finish work, They then installed my flooring. I was really surprised at how fast they completed every thing along with the side molding. Fantastic job. Patricia and Arthur are real Pros and I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends."

"They were awesome. The only reason I did not give them a full 5 stars is that they probably should have masked off the airvents. They refinished my floors and were quick and efficient and the quality was great. However, there was alot of cleanup to be done from the sanding dust. I think if they would have masked off the rooms, areas and vents, it would have been much better."
