First their team arrived on time and they were prepared to get to work upon their arrival. Their service delivery was most professional, and they were very courteous of my property and flexible when it came time for me to let the dogs out. They truly listened to what was important to me and delivered on their promises! They explained to me the timeframe of how long it would take and sure enough they lived up to their word on that as well. "I built my dock and lift in 1999. The cable broke on the lift last month. I had then come and give me a quote, got two other compeditive quotes from others. They just struck me as the right people to do the job, and they had done work for my parents on their dock before. He sent two men out, they restrung the lift, got it perfectly level and put new bunkers and a walkway on my cradle. I am so happy with the price and the work. So professional, you cannot find better service and also communication throughout the estimate, hire and job performance. Awesome people, awesome company. Here are pictures, the first shows the boat in it's new lift with SS cables, oh my. The second shows the boat really unhappy in the water with a broken lift. Awesome work!"

Composite decking may never warp, or it may warp quickly. Several factors can influence the rate of warping, including the material's quality, installation method, and installation location. Generally speaking, high-quality materials that have been installed properly are drastically less prone to warping.

Lattice should not touch the ground, as it creates a possibility for rot and a termite infestation. It’s best to leave a gap of 3 or 4 inches at the bottom for airflow and to keep the wood dry. You can add stones, bricks, or other decorative pieces to conceal the bottom of the lattice if desired.

While the chemical, copper-based coating on pressure-treated wood offers protection from rot and pests, it’s not a silver bullet. An added sealant will help protect the wood further, though sometimes the wood is treated in a way that causes premature failure, and this is largely out of your control. It’s simply a case of bad luck. Regularly inspect all your house’s wood to look for any cracks or signs of mold and mildew. Getting ahead of the problem is the key to ensuring it doesn’t grow out of control.
