Safe Touch Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning

The owner is dishonest. I hired him to clean our gutter before our gutter cover is installed. The gutter installer came and was surprised that it was not clean. I called Charles and sent him several photos taken by the gutter installer. He still insist it's clean. This person is not to be trusted!!!

"Pathetically Horrible" and that is putting it mildly. From arriving and saying they wanted to be paid in cash to ruining our lawn and shrubbery, these folks incompetence can only be exceeded by their arrogance. When I told them that I had an extension tube to move the run-off from the gutter down spout to the driveway they told me "we put enough water down to prevent the grass from being affected." LIARS! Our property has a series of surveillance cameras and when I reviewed the footage I realized they had put the bleach on the roof which came out the downspout and much later they simply "sprayed" the shrubs and the lawn for a few minutes. And the roof, they never quite finished - there are still areas (photos on Google Review) with yellow green and black mold. The attached photos do not lie. I have the video that demonstrates the complete incompetence of these folks. YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED - USE THESE FOLKS AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!!

The two guys were very nice and professional. They did the exact areas I asked and even went beyond! The results were amazing! The house looked refreshed and bright. The front porch that I thought I needed to paint came perfectly clean and no paint needed now! They even cleaned the landscape bricks for me around the shrubs. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent results, punctual, and polite

The service men arrived ahead of schedule, and got busy. At the end of 2 1/2 Hrs. I had a bright shiny metal roof which looked like brand new, and the house looked freshly painted. I am extremely satisfied, and would have Safe Touch back in the future.

I had my patio, driveway and walkway pressure washed. The price was reasonable and the process went smoothly.

I was initially going to get the items above cleaned. Instead got a great offer to do the entire outside of the house plus the items listed above. Micah came out and did a very thorough job. Very pleased with the work.

We have done business with this company for about ten years. Even though like most businesses, the technicians may change every few years, each one is polite, respectful, accommodating and CONSCIENTIOUS. We believe that starts from the top with the owner, Charles. They really do work hard to make the customer happy. Safe Touch will always be our first choice!

These guys are great. Amazing job everything looks like fresh coat of paint s just cleaning, professional, they moved our sun room furniture out and put everything back. I’ve used for our roof and driveway other times; first time I needed everything and I definitely recommend them. Pet safe plant safe can’t go wrong and great price!

Excellent. They worked me in quickly (worked on Sunday). They were done in a few hours, everything was completed. Very professional. This is the second time we used them, service still as good as 2016!

Crew arrived on time, went over the work to be preformed. Went beyond expectations. Plan to hire again for paver sealing and other cleaning work. Charles was very responsive. Ken and his helper very professional.

Charles arrived as scheduled and performed the agreed upon cleaning. We added our gazebo, pathways, door steps, and porches after he arrived. I think he even cleaned our cool deck! The work was superior. My roof, that is 17 years old, literally looks brand new! They moved furniture, mats, pillows, etc. He took special care with our plants. He kept us informed as he cleaned. Everything looks pristine.

horrible. Safe Touch damaged our plants and some house exterior. Charles W (owner) admitted that his crew made horrible mistake (overuse of bleach) but, as of today, refused to address the damage. Furthermore he kept lying to us that he is sending check to cover cost of repairs etc. One dishonest business. Stay away!!

OK - have purchased this deal from this company before,...and will again

After the job was finished I was informed that our cedar siding was damaged in the cleaning process. A lot of the stain had been removed from the siding on the front of our home and in some other spots on the back. At first the owner Safe Touch said he wanted to make things right and offered his painting resources to correct the problem. However, after a month of trying to work with the owner, the situation only worsened. There were multiple no call no shows on his part followed by last minute reschedules. When two people finally showed up their strategy to feather in with new stain didn't cover well on the part of the house they worked on that day. I then called the owner about when they were returning and he started to act as though this wasn't his problem to fix. He later agreed to send another painter out, which again took a couple of weeks after multiple follow up calls on my part. When the painter finally showed up we later realized he put a gallon of the wrong stain on our home and left. When I called the owner of Safe Touch about this he refused to come out and see the house and asked me to not contact him anymore. After getting estimates from 3 professional painting companies not only did I hear similar stories from them about Safe Touch work but I also learned that the only way to get our house back to its original color the entire home will need to be stripped of all stain and then restrained, a huge project. Needless to say, I would never recommend this contractor to anyone and find it hard to understand how they've obtained the ratings they have on Angie's List. I hope this feedback spares someone else from such a mess.
