"The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I dealt with sewage backing up into my bath tub for four days. These guys came out the first day and snaked through the roof. I showed them the catch drain behind my house and they did not snake it from there. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER the same issue came back. They came back out and did the same thing. They double charged me for a job the didn't complete. $370!!!! This company then told me that I would have to have them run a camera and some special head down the drain and that it would cost $850! LESS THAN 24 HOURS after the second time they came out, IT HAPPENED AGAIN! I spoke with the owner and he told me that they can not warranty their work. THAT IS SUPER SCARY! I would not EVER let these people step foot on any property I own. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. I have ZERO plumbing experience and went to Home Depot and rented a Roto-Rooter and within 20 minutes of doing it myself, the problem was fixed! This company is completely worthless and they will try to take advantage of you when you are in a desperate situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!"

Geri pulled everything together for a quote for the REMOVAL, the PICK-UP, the DELIVERY, and the INSTALLATION of a toliet and 2 bathroom faucets, and did ALL OF IT ON THE SAME DAY!! All of that was done in LESS THAN 6 hours!! That INCLUDED Geri doing the removal, and then the pick-up and delivery of our products from the company warehouse!!
