The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I dealt with sewage backing up into my bath tub for four days. These guys came out the first day and snaked through the roof. I showed them the catch drain behind my house and they did not snake it from there. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER the same issue came back. They came back out and did the same thing. They double charged me for a job the didn't complete. $370!!!! This company then told me that I would have to have them run a camera and some special head down the drain and that it would cost $850! LESS THAN 24 HOURS after the second time they came out, IT HAPPENED AGAIN! I spoke with the owner and he told me that they can not warranty their work. THAT IS SUPER SCARY! I would not EVER let these people step foot on any property I own. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. I have ZERO plumbing experience and went to Home Depot and rented a Roto-Rooter and within 20 minutes of doing it myself, the problem was fixed! This company is completely worthless and they will try to take advantage of you when you are in a desperate situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Great experience. Office staff, Dawn, was very helpful and efficient. The guys showed up on time, got to work, and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time but also took the time needed to let the adhesive set before finishing up. Cleaned up before they left, and their workmanship was perfect. I will definitely be calling C Lacey Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues.

Obviously it was a horrific experience as the tenant below was miserable, the condo association manager was calling me and I needed it fixed asap.

THEIR BILL WAS QUITE HIGHER THAN WHAT I WAS QUOTED AND THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THE POOL WAS STILL LEAKING, THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING MORE THEY CAN DO. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE.

"We received a call on 10/21/04 I personally talked toTHE MEMBER. I told her that this was not really our specialty line of work but we had found leaks on pools before and that we did have a company to recommend. She said she would like us to check for a leak. We did check for a leak with food coloring and the coloring did go into the caulking around the skimmer. I told her before we went that there would be a service call whether we found the leak or not.THE MEMBER agreed to this. We pumped pool down past the skimmer and removed the skimmer plate, removed old died out caulk and siliconed inside the skimmer plate and put the skimmer plate back on. We told her if it didn't stop the leak she would have to call Sleuth the other company we recommended. She was charged $125.00 for checking for the leak and another $125.00 for the work done and $5.00 for the silicone. The bill was a legitimate bill and I don't fell she should get a reimbursement."
