Total plumbing solutions was efficient ,on time & replaced our water heater. Their prices were very good and they had excellent service. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing issues we had.

The entire TEAM is professional. Excellent Customer Service from the time i called until the repair was completed. Have been a customer for over 5 years and have no plans to change.

This is the best company. Prices are great, very friendly, they even fixed another problem they noticed without charge. I was so impressed with the service I received, this is definitely my go to for any plumbing services I need. If it was possible to give 10 stars I would.

Very Well, Sucess! My Plumbing Technician Devin came in and solved the problem almost immediately. He set his workstation and got the drain working the way it should be with no standing water in the tub. He was polite, professional and was done in a timely manner. My wife and I were very pleased to have a Young Man come into our home who took the time to explain what he was doing and give some suggestions as to how we could avoid further hiccups. Excellent, This is the second time I have used TPS and they have not disappointed. They keep to their schedule, do what they say they are going to do and charge reasonable rates for their service. Great. they came out cleaned the pipes all the way out to the sewer line, added a clean out on other sie of house. And they were quick it was awesome.

Outstanding. Our technician (Tommy) arrived earlier than scheduled (called to make sure we were available). He was very professional and was able to diagnose the location of the leak very quickly. The fix required him to dig a 2'x2' hole in our front yard near the sidewalk and he made the repair. I was very impressed with how he explained the fix needed and how well the yard looked after he was finished. I will definitely be using Total Plumbing again in the future.

On time, efficient, and professional at the best price. Our guy saved us money by having us call the garbage disposal company to get a new drain adapter and retrofitted our old one since it was top quality. I couldn't be happier and will never call another plumber again.

This was a great experience. I called this morning to see if I could get service “claim the deal” they currently have going on for a replacement of an outdoor hose faucet, ours currently rusted onto the the hose. Promise was able to get me scheduled same day (excellent news!), she provided a text communication when technician was enroute. Charlie/Charles arrived 30 minutes after text communication, he had to take a call from his boss soon after arriving and apologized profusely about it afterward (very professional in my opinion). We went over the issue we were having, he said it fit within the parameters of the deal that they currently have running and got right to work. He asked where the main water line was, we weren’t able to locate it together (just bought the home), he said no problem. He turned off the water at the meter. He changed out the faucet with a quarter turn handle, which is much nicer in my opinion for quick every day use & full pressure release of the water. He was in and out of the job in an under an hour. He also made notes on the receipt about how to salvage the hose which was in good shape other than being rusted at the tip of the faucet connection.

A leak had begun in my downstairs area, directly under my bathroom. I called my kitchen contractor and he immediately recommended Total Plumbing Solutions. I called the office ASAP and they promptly scheduled me an appointment. Today, Tommy came by. Evaluated the situation and one fix turned into two! Two brand new and very much needed modern toilets! I am so happy! And leak resolved. Tommy was courteous, knowledgeable, clean, and finished the job! And I am a very satisfied customer. Total Plumbing Solutions will be the company I use from now on. They showed up on time, figured out the problem quickly, and resolved it without issue. My issue is that the price that they charged was a bit high and their diagnosis fee was $189. What? This was not explained before the trip; only after the cost of repair was told. I will most likely be finding a company with a more reasonable diagnosis fee from now on.

I needed a plumber to replace my main shut off valve for my condo. I called other plumbers (including my plumber) but they were all booked for the timeframes I needed. I called Total Plumber Solutions and Charlie answered. Charlie was very helpful, professional and courteous. He understood my urgency and helped me find a plumber for the time I needed. He promised to call me the next day to confirm our appointment. Sure enough he called me first thing in the morning and confirmed our appointment. I was very impressed with his punctuality and professionalism. It's hard to find guys like Charlie in this plumbing business. The crew showed up on time and started working on my project and completed on time. I was also pleased with Tom's (the master plumber) ethics, honestly and workmanship. He's definitely a keeper. Total Plumbing Solutions and especially their technicians Charlie and Tommy are unbeatable! Our Single-Story Cinderblock Home was built in Dec 2010. During a lawn cutting someone hit our rear outside water spigot. We had a very slow leak flowing out under the spigot. We wanted it repaired reasonably soon but more importantly wanted to receive several estimates since we would be paying out-of-pocket having an insurance deductible of $1,000. Along with outstanding reviews on Angie’s List and Facebook their estimate was much lower than any other company. The company responded quickly, on-time and went right to work. Charlie and Tommy were both totally professional, pleasant and clearly are expert plumbers! They diagnosed the problems quickly and made the repairs in record-time. We can absolutely recommend Total Plumbing Solutions and these two wonderful professionals without reservation and will use them for all our future plumbing needs!

Such a wonderful experience, I have already hired this company again! Same-day service for an unexpected leak that required the water to the house to be turned off completely. A team came out, repaired the leak, tested it, found another spot that was having an issue - and between having to jackhammer, over 5 hours of work - they did what was necessary to try to keep damage to minimum while completing the job. Great work and service, truly - thank you!

Living in Lutz the water lines are very old and after years of hard water and pipe corrosion i was constantly getting leaks. I did not know that there were actual leaks because every company I called would charge me to fix a problem that I did not have. I went through 4 plumbing companies until Total Plumbing Solutions came out and did a full evaluation of my waterlines. They focused on the true problem after listening to the history and in less than an hour easily discovered the actual problem. My waterlines were leaking and needed a total repipe. I want to thank TPS for honest costumer service from start to finish. I now am problem free, after 2 years of constant problems in my home. i would HIGHLY recommend this company.
