"It was great! They were awesome. It was handled very professionally. When I called, they gave me a time. The technician was going to be late and so they called ahead of time to let me know. He was very courteous and definitely knows his business. I was very pleased with him. They only charged me for half an hour. I called them, I didn't have a couple because I couldn't get online to get the Angie's List reservation but they gave me the discount anyway. They are really good. They are professional,  service oriented and know their business. This is about the fourth time I have used them. I will use them forever."

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"Rich contacted me after searching for an IT technician to set up Wi Fi and security cameras. He is highly knowledgeable about various tech and electrical aspects. The installation took a couple of hours, as we had to run new internet cables in our home. The Wi Fi signal significantly improved with wireless coverage throughout the house. Once the installation was complete, Rich programmed the camera notifications and alert zones as per our request. He also gave us a quick tutorial on adjusting settings for both the new cameras and Wi Fi system."

"They responded quickly by phone to my order and set up an appointment 2-3 days later with a several hour time frame reserved for arrival.  When that time passed, I called and was told one electrician would be there within the hour.  When that time and I called again, I was told another electrician would be calling me.  He did call and then arrived about an hour after that.  Apparently they operate out of a town about 50 miles from my home.  Even though we are both within the "greater Orlando" Angie's List  area, they could not get here in a reasonable time.  I would not call them again, only because they are too far away.  But they did do excellent work.  However, weeks later when I was cleaning the room, I did find pieces of wiring buried in the carpet.  It was a good thing I vacuumed before walking barefoot in there.

He widen areas and removed and replace tub,shower,cabinets and other misc items. He was there for 4 days and each day he would leave the rooms picked up.
