"It was great! They were awesome. It was handled very professionally. When I called, they gave me a time. The technician was going to be late and so they called ahead of time to let me know. He was very courteous and definitely knows his business. I was very pleased with him. They only charged me for half an hour. I called them, I didn't have a couple because I couldn't get online to get the Angie's List reservation but they gave me the discount anyway. They are really good. They are professional,  service oriented and know their business. This is about the fourth time I have used them. I will use them forever."

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"Had TVs mounted to walls in bedroom and living room, as well as setting up home theater systems of DVD player, cable, and complete sound system. Work was exceptional. My tech, David, was great -- besides getting everything done efficiently, cleaned entire work area, then spent quite some time explaining how it all worked and didn't leave until he was sure I was confident doing it. Highly recommend Geek Squad!"

"They responded quickly by phone to my order and set up an appointment 2-3 days later with a several hour time frame reserved for arrival.  When that time passed, I called and was told one electrician would be there within the hour.  When that time and I called again, I was told another electrician would be calling me.  He did call and then arrived about an hour after that.  Apparently they operate out of a town about 50 miles from my home.  Even though we are both within the "greater Orlando" Angie's List  area, they could not get here in a reasonable time.  I would not call them again, only because they are too far away.  But they did do excellent work.  However, weeks later when I was cleaning the room, I did find pieces of wiring buried in the carpet.  It was a good thing I vacuumed before walking barefoot in there.
