"I purchased my home in April 2024 never expecting concerns that were brought to my attention by a friend who happen to look at the electrical panel and suggested I contact an licensed Electrican for an evaluation to check the safety & stability of the electric system to the home. The price quoted me was in the middle, Not near the highest, but not the lowest either, but still fair, and with a trust level I felt early on that I didn't necessarily feel with the others & we went with them. They carved out two weeks for the job and we had to relocate to a hotel,, They were able to finish the job less than a Week. I can't express the piece of mind. I have knowing that the issues have been fixed and my home is now electrically sound. & up to code. From the day, i met the guys from this awesome family business, I knew they were the right company for our job and they were. I can't recommend highly enough!!!"

"The electrician explained how he was going to do the work and asked what items I wanted him to pick up for me like the type ceiling fan and exhaust fans. He was very polite and explained my options so I understood. AARROW is now my Electric Company. Willis made an appointment to do this work and had me sitting around all day waiting for them. They were scheduled for 9-11am I called and spoke to their receptionist at 5:45 and she said she was surprised the guy didn't show up yet or call. She then told me that she was going to call him to see what was going on and that she would call me back, I never heard a word from them after that. I searched Angie's List and made an appointment with AARROW and they showed up on time and did an excellent job, Willis lost out on $570.00.
