"They were professional, on-time, and did a really excellent job installing my Tesla charger which was quite tricky because of the way the circuit breaker panel was installed in the garage and because of a really small and fragile connector that was attached to the charger lid which was difficult to remove without pulling on the connector and damaging the fragile pins. Pins were carefully straightened and functioned properly when reconnected. Good job!"

"I purchased my home in April 2024 never expecting concerns that were brought to my attention by a friend who happen to look at the electrical panel and suggested I contact an licensed Electrican for an evaluation to check the safety & stability of the electric system to the home. I had requested 4 individual contractors, all agreed there were areas of concern ranging from upgrading some of the wiring to the electric panel & other necessary changes. I ultimately decided to use A1 electrical contractors and I couldn't be happier/relieved. I did. From the moment they arrived at the property, one of the owners explained they were a family business dedicated to their customers, and it didn't take me long to know that was a fact. He was enthusiastic driven, and showed genuine interest. In the work that needed to be done here He didn't beat around the bush. He was very honest and although it was the last thing I wanted to hear after just buying the house, I knew I had no choice, but to go with the work , who ever I decided on. The price quoted me was in the middle, Not near the highest, but not the lowest either, but still fair, and with a trust level I felt early on that I didn't necessarily feel with the others & we went with them. They carved out two weeks for the job and we had to relocate to a hotel,, They were able to finish the job less than a Week. I can't express the piece of mind. I have knowing that the issues have been fixed and my home is now electrically sound. & up to code. From the day, i met the guys from this awesome family business, I knew they were the right company for our job and they were. I can't recommend highly enough!!!"

"I realized I didn't need the big deal and got it refunded.  He showed up and he was fine that I got it refunded.  He was very accomdating.  If I have a small electrical job I will call them."

"I tried to get some sockets installed. They came out and looked at the project. I told them I had to have the quote broken down into two jobs. It arrived as one job. I reminded them that I needed it broken down. I never heard from them again. This was last year. When they looked at the job, they were not able to figure out where some power lines entered the house. They said they would have to dig a trench and install new lines because they could not locate the old ones. Later on, I learned that you can dial 811, and people will come out to locate underground lines for nothing. I don't understand why an electrician would not know this. Installing new underground lines is very expensive. The guy who gave me the quote was very nice, and I hate to leave a bad review, but the purpose of Angie's List is to let potential customers know about experiences with providers, not to help tradesmen get more business. I am contacting other companies about the job."

My original installer quoted an outrageous amount so I went looking for a new Solar company. 3D Solar was recommended by a reputable solar consultant. I spoke with David Ringo at length and we had a great conversation about many topics as well as solar. The crews were on time, professional and conscientious and super nice. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. They were able to diagnose and correct the issue. I am particularly impressed with the fast and effective follow up service.
