"I noticed a crack that started in my living room and continued into one of the bedrooms. The bedroom floor was sinking away from the wall. I did research and found Poly Lift USA. I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist. She was very polite and was able to answer a few questions I had. She scheduled me for an estimate that very week. The manager came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of the questions I had. I received the estimate later that day via email and was able to accept it on the spot. The next day, I received a call from their office to schedule my project the following week as well as an email reminder. Their crew arrived on time and started to work almost immediately. They explained the process as they worked and allowed us to watch. They drilled small holes throughout the home and then injected the polyurethane. Once they were done, they filled the holes with a sanded concrete and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. It was done in less than a day. "We obtained three estimates for this project and Dream Work came in very slightly lower than the others. The main reason we hired them, however, was because we liked the salesman and were impressed with his thoroughness and candor. <br /> The only snag we ran into was that our home is in a &quot;historic district&quot; of Fort Myers and is even considered a property that &quot;contributes&quot; to the historic nature of that district. The extra steps and time that this added to the permitting and approval process was a surprise to us and to Dream Work as well. <br /> The upshot of this was that a large number of additional forms had to be completed, a significant number of meetings had to be attended between various City departments and Dream Work, and additional architectural renderings were required. This paperwork burden led to a several-week delay in beginning construction of the project and a bump in the fees that Dream Work charged us because of the additional hoops they had to jump through to get&nbsp;building permits. We do not begrudge them this additional fee since the extra permitting work was not anticipated (though it would have been better if Dream Work had been familiar with the City's historic district requirements from the beginning). <br /> Regarding the actual work that Dream Work did: it is truly top notch. The enclosure is beautiful, well-made, and fits the site without dominating it. <br /> We would definitely recommend Dream Work to anyone looking for this kind of work. <br />show more
