"It is unfortunate to hear that you feel this way despite our many efforts to make you happy. This includes but is not limited to, the monthly pool service that was provided at no cost, changing the spillway at your request due to the unhappiness with the color, and adjusting minimal grout joint imperfections on the face of the spa. We take very seriously leaving every homeowner with complete satisfaction and go to any length to achieve this. As far as the claims of the equipment there was nothing contracted between Resurrection Pools and the homeowner. As far as the claims of forcing someone into a resurface: it is our job to educate and leave multiple options with the homeowner to best fit their needs/wants, so then they can make an educated decision. By no means do we force anyone to do anything."
