Terrible customer service, did not return phone calls. Poor communication. Developed a pool leak after pool was resurfaced , ended up having to hire another company to figure out where leak was and had to pay more money for repair.

It went much better than I expected, especially after reading some of these reviews. I believe the company is a high volume contractor and subcontracts for many of the major pool contractors. Therefore if the general pool contractor gets good grades it should filter down. I hired them to resurface my pool and was thrilled with the results. Lots of supervision and the salesman was very responsive with answers to questions. I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

We are pleased with the refinishing work that was done but the installation of depth markers was not completed.  Our association manager has repeatedly left messages but the company has not responded and the work remains undone.

Pool

The technician repaired some loose tiles and brickwork on the edge of the pool at the waterline.  And noticed and repaired the upper grout line above the tiles to slow down further deterioration.  Love the proactive extra effort!  Will use them again..

Dan came up with a beautiful pool design and the final result was gorgeous. Some of the work was subcontracted and some was done by company employees. The most important aesthetic work (the pool finish, tile, coping and patio pavers) was done by employees, but the subcontractors they used for the rest were high quality.  They were true to the budget and schedule.  There were absolutely no surprises, the work was high quality and I feel confident making a very positive recommendation.
