"JTC is the real deal. We hired them to pull out a section of our driveway that was damaged and install a new culvert. After the contract was signed, they were quick to the job and it was gorgeous! They were thorough and neat. They even replaced the sod that had to be removed. Cement crews are normally a bit rough in communication, but the end result is well worth it!!!!!!"

I’ve managed my fair share of much larger commercial construction projects so I’m well aware of the quality and performance spectrum one might encounter with any contractor. I can honestly say that I don’t remember a project that went this smoothly. Joel was a pleasure to deal with, his crew knew the assignment and executed well, and they were all responsive when I had questions or suggestions about the project. I don’t expect any issues now that the project is done but if something did come up,I am very confident that Joel will make it right. "This stamped concrete company, Concrete Art and Decor, was absolutely amazing! The owners, brothers Jesus and Manuel, were attentive, responsive, respectful, and eager to do their work to my complete satisfaction. Their crew of talented “artists” who prepped, poured, and painted the concrete design (sometimes on their hands and knees) did not miss one detail! They even returned to clean any remaining dust from grinding, make sure drains were draining, and to do any touch up necessary. My patio is gorgeous and was admired by all of my guests over the Holidays! I have been a home owner for 40 years and have never encountered such a competent contractor whose goal was for me to be thrilled with their work, which I was! ! And on top of it, Concrete Art and Decor’s company prices are competitive. Do not confuse them with other companies out there (and I’ve had a few). They are the best! "Once we scheduled a date it was completed in two days. Ryan, our project supervisor, blocked off the entrance to our driveway after completion so the cement could set for a couple of days. We are very pleased with our driveway. Thank you J Campbell Decorative Concrete Resurfacing Inc.!"

"This man is the worst contractor I've ever hired. The project took over a year to complete and not once did Robert take any responsibility for his poor workmanship. He first of all took 3 months to start the project which is against the law in Florida. He also did not get the required permit as required by law in Florida. I had told him I wanted a permit and he said he was working with an architect to draw up the plans for the permit. He lied and never did so. After the building dept stopped construction I had to pay all the fees because Robert refused to do so despite it being his fault. That started a serious of corrections in order to comply with the inspections and he made me pay for them all. He blamed it on the architect that I had to hire in order to submit the plans to the building dept. Twice Robert would schedule work to be done and both times the day before the work he would hit me up for money saying he needed it to get the job done. That is already having to pay the downpayment and a second installment payment. The money was there but he blew it on unrelated things like his medical treatment he didn't disclose and which causes him to be absent for long periods of time. He also appears to have memory lapses that causes him not to remember things you tell him. His wife handles the communication when he is not on the job. It got to a point where I was telling him what to do on the job. He also hires guys off the street as in my case. He got some **** kind that new a little about masonry and it was horrible. It had to be knocked down and then Robert refused to pay him. The kid came knocking on my door one day threatening me for payment. In Florida, if a contractor doesn't pay, his subcontractors can go after the customer for payment. Need to have contractor sign a waiver so you don't get sued or a lien put on your property. I'm really warning you all. Please stay far away. There are plenty of other reputable contractors out there. Don't risk it."

"It went absolutely terrible. An extremely unprofessional company that never returns your messages. I bought from a salesman that came to my house and that's the last I heard or saw him. I texted and left voice mails with him many times and never got answers. The completed job was unsatisfactory since there was white stuff all over the driveway. I was told that was the non slip sand they put on it and it would go away. It never did. They came back over and power washed the driveway twice, but that didn't get rid of the white stuff, but did remove some of the decorative paint they used as well as the sealer. Then after going crazy trying to get someone to resolve the issue, they finally came back out and touched up the paint, but never resealed and told me the boss won't do it. I was told the salesman would call me and come out to the house to look at the problems, but I never heard from him. Then I requested the name and contact number of the owner, so I could have a talk with him, but no one would supply me with that information. I had to find out myself through public records. Not sure why they wouldn't give me his name. Sounds suspicious. Now the driveway still isn't sealed properly. Bottom line, don't use this company. I run a business too and when my customers aren't happy, I bend over backwards to make them happy and keep their business. Once this company makes the sale and has your money, they just don't care any more. I highly do not recommend anyone using them."
