"Just wrapped up a pool deck and pool resurfacing project with Ross Services. I’ve managed my fair share of much larger commercial construction projects so I’m well aware of the quality and performance spectrum one might encounter with any contractor. I can honestly say that I don’t remember a project that went this smoothly. Joel was a pleasure to deal with, his crew knew the assignment and executed well, and they were all responsive when I had questions or suggestions about the project. I don’t expect any issues now that the project is done but if something did come up,I am very confident that Joel will make it right. A great experience overall and would definitely hire them again."

"I would never have this company back in my house again. We contracted to have our entire home painted inside when we purchased it in January of 2017. Three years later I am still working on all of our interior doors (23 of them). The painters used latex paint over oil based paint and all of our interior doors have peeled. We are in the process of removing each door, scraping the paint off both sides, applying an alcohol based primer (which should have been done in the first place), and then repainting them. One door takes several hours to prepare and repaint. When I called Coastal their remedy was for me to allow them to come inside of my home and sand each door without removing them and then repainting. I told them that was not satisfactory since it would create an enormous amount of dust in our home and on our furnishings. They told me they would work with us, but they never even called us back. Horrible experience and horrible company! We are still working on our doors 3 years later!! Many, many man hours to correct their work. They should have had their insurance company pay to buy us new doors."

"This stamped concrete company, Concrete Art and Decor, was absolutely amazing! The owners, brothers Jesus and Manuel, were attentive, responsive, respectful, and eager to do their work to my complete satisfaction. Their crew of talented “artists” who prepped, poured, and painted the concrete design (sometimes on their hands and knees) did not miss one detail! They even returned to clean any remaining dust from grinding, make sure drains were draining, and to do any touch up necessary. My patio is gorgeous and was admired by all of my guests over the Holidays! I have been a home owner for 40 years and have never encountered such a competent contractor whose goal was for me to be thrilled with their work, which I was! ! And on top of it, Concrete Art and Decor’s company prices are competitive. Do not confuse them with other companies out there (and I’ve had a few). They are the best! Thank you again, gentlemen, for making my pool deck so beautiful! I look forward to doing my driveway next!"
