JTC is the real deal. We hired them to pull out a section of our driveway that was damaged and install a new culvert. After the contract was signed, they were quick to the job and it was gorgeous! They were thorough and neat. They even replaced the sod that had to be removed. Cement crews are normally a bit rough in communication, but the end result is well worth it!!!!!!

Jake was professional, honest, & listened to what I wanted. JTC Concrete came in better than other estimates. Also, I was thrilled that Jake stopped by, scanned my survey on his cell phone, he makes it look easy. Looking forward to the build

Got several estimates for a concrete driveway and sidewalk repair/replacement. Other contractors simply quoted the cost of repairing and replacing damaged areas of my driveway. Jake took the time and effort to identify the underlying causes of the damage and engineered creative solutions to ensure that the same problems would not persist. The job was completed on time as scheduled and we couldnâ t be happier with the end result. Highly recommended!!

Gave an estimate, and during this COVID nonsense was able to stay on schedule and perform as planned. Gave a recommendation for a screen contractor who was just as good as JTC. overall great work. 1/2 star off for some debris left behind but no one is perfect.

Wrong bricks came in, I was told I lost my deposit due to me paying for the bricks, even though it is NOT WHAT I WANTED. As of today, I have three pallets of red bricks

Did not clean up. When told about it excuses were made and arrangements to clean up were not kept. They talk a good game but quality of work and communication skills are lacking.

Great guy!! His guys came and put in a 27’x14’ concrete slab and it looks great. Will use him in the future.

I haven’t hired Jake yet as I need to discuss with the home owner. He is recovering from cancer surgery so it may take time. But Jake was so helpful in finding out what needs to be done and was able to quote quickly.

Repaired and installed irrigation (drainage) pipe. Although I felt the price was high, the work and customer service were very good. I would consider this company for other work within their scope of supply as the need arises.

JTC did a nice job. Started on time, kept the site clean and cleaned up after. Finish pad looks good. I would recommend them.

I signed a contract with him and gave him a deposit of $1800 and I haven't heard anymore from him and it's been for five weeks I have left him a message and I haven't heard back from him. I don't know what the problem is there is no communication with this company.if I would be running the company I would want to be upfront with my customers and keep them in touch on what is going on

Took over 3 months to get the work completed. Charged a large sum of money to repair a crack in driveway. Left garbage, concrete, and wood on my lawn, lawn now dead in the spots. The owner would lie to me and tell me what I wanted to hear, would leave msgs. on ans. machine he would not call back, would tell me someone would be here on a specified date and then no show with no phone call. Unhappy with the company.
